Become a Member
One of the ways The Cambridge and District Humane Society supports itself is through membership. Annual membership fees are $40.00. Members receive special discounts at local businesses, a CDHS car magnet, the Society's Newsletters and are invited to attend Society meetings as well as vote on major decisions made during the meetings. Presently, the Cambridge and District Humane Society has about 100 members, which, considering that Cambridge has approximately 102,000 residents, is extremely low. We invite any one interested in becoming a member to contact us.

Donations
The greatest need at this time is financial. Donations to the Cambridge and District Humane Society are tax deductible. If you and/or your organization are able to help us overcome these desperate times, please contact us or click on the CanadaHelps.org button below for online secure donations.
We Need...
We are in need of a garden shed, approximately 10'x12' to store our kitty litter. We are searching for a corporation(s) that may be willing to donate funds, supplies or have their employees put it up as a community work project. Anyone interested in helping us out please contact Bonnie at the shelter.
Please...
bring us your Zehrs cash register receipts. Zehrs generously gives us 0.1% of all receipts we return to them.
Volunteers
Without a doubt, the Cambridge and District Humane Society would not exist without volunteers. If you would like to volunteer, please contact us. If you are presently or have been a volunteer for our organization in the past, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your kindness.
